Flipping A Sketch

Sketched areas can be flipped horizontally or vertically to create identical but mirrored duplicate areas.  This Quick Help shows users how to flip a sketch in the Capture Sketch Module.

1.     Right-click the building in the Parcel Navigator and select Mirror Horizontally

Note: Mirror Horizontally will flip the drawing along the horizontal axis. The result will be an upside-down copy of the sketch

2.       When asked to confirm click Yes

3.       The drawing will be mirrored along a horizontal axis

4.       Right-click the building in the Parcel Navigator and select Mirror Vertically

Note: Mirror Horizontally will flip the drawing along the horizontal axis. The result will be an upside-down copy of the sketch

5.       When asked to confirm click Yes

6.       The drawing will be mirrored along a vertical axis
