Mass Rollover
Mass Roll Over is the process of moving parcels from one tax year to the next. All parcels are rolled over at the same time via a scheduled job. Both real and personal property can use the Mass Roll Over. This Quick Help shows users how to create and schedule Mass Roll Over jobs in Capture.
1. Hover over the Administrator tab and click Jobs.
2. Enter a desired Start Date and End Date to view jobs created during the specified date range and click Go.
3. To begin a new job, click the Add button.
4. Select the appropriate job Type from the drop-down menu.
Note: Checking the Schedule Now box will schedule the job to run 15 minutes after it is created. If the box is unchecked, the job will run over night.
6. The job(s) will appear on the list with the status SCHEDULED.
7. When the job is completed, the status will change to SUCCEEDED.
Note: If the job is not successfully completed, the status will be FAILED.
8. Click the SUCCEEDED link to open a .TXT file of the rolled over parcels.
