Tokens

Tokens are used to translate information stored within Capture to a letter. Each token represents a stored piece of information that will pull from Capture when letters are generated. There are different tokens for both Real and Personal Property; it is important that the correct token is added to the letter or the information will not translate to the letter. Before letters are generated the token will display in the letter, upon generation, if correctly utilized, the token will display the correct value. Enter the token in the area that you would like to see the corresponding value displayed. Tokens are listed in the tables below the letter examples.

Note: If tokens do not work correctly they will not update in the generated letter. Tokens that function correctly but do not have a value attached will show as ‘0’.
