Accessing Information Home Page

Property Search

The Search section of the Home page lets the user quickly find parcel records saved in the database. The default search is for the current Tax Year, with the ability to search for the next future year. There are several tabs that allow searching by several different pieces of information, depending on what the user has available at the time of the search. Locate records by selecting a Search tab and entering the criteria.  

Parcel Information Dashboard

The Parcel Information Dashboard has information related to parcels and can be viewed and edited with the proper permissions.  Important information is grouped and displayed for easy viewing with a menu on the left side of the window with tabs for easily accessible and relevant information, and a main section where the information is displayed and manipulated.

Land Information

The Land Information page lets the user quickly find land information that is located on a selected parcel record.  The information is broken into sections of related data and selecting a hyper-region or links accesses the add and update screens.

Building Information

The Building Information page lets the user quickly find building information that is located on a selected parcel record.  Access the building page with a building link that is located near the Land link on the Parcel Information Dashboard's General Info tab.

Personal Property Information

The Business Property Dashboard lets the user quickly find Business Personal Property information that is located on a selected personal property record.
