Creating New Flags

A manual flag is a flag that has been created by the user. Manual flags are raised on a parcel when an action has occurred that requires the attention of the appraiser. In Capture, users are able to create manual flags through the Administrative tab on the main workspace.

Adding Flags to Parcels

Capture allows the user to add manually created flags to parcels through the Flags tab on the Parcel Dashboard. Users are also able to complete, withdraw, or place flags on hold after manual ones have been created and processed.

Edit and Delete Flags

After creating and adding flags to parcels, the user may need to update the status of the flag or delete a flag if it was created by error. In Capture, users are able to update and delete manually created flags through the Administrative tab on the main workspace.

Searching Flags

Once flags have been created In Capture and added to a particular parcel, users are able to search for individual flags in by the category, type, status, and record year.
