Worksets

Defining Worksets

Worksets are customizable reports created by Capture users.  Users can choose the desired input and output variables in order to create reports that are tailored to the user’s exact needs.  This functionality is useful when users need reports that are not already available in Capture. Worksets allow users to access the information they need immediately, without waiting for system enhancements.

Worksets in Capture

Capture’s Worksets have many options for creating custom reports.

Some features of Capture’s Worksets include:

A.    Create New Reports- Users can create new workset reports for both real and personal property.  Many variables are available for use as input or output data.

B.    Edit Existing Reports- Users can make changes to existing Worksets in order to create the exact reports that are needed.

C.   Privacy Settings- Users can set reports as public or private, controlling who has access to view each workset.

D.   Create Custom Lists- Users can create custom parcel lists based on the Workset results

E.    Export Reports- Users can export workset results to Excel for use outside of Capture.
