Field Work Processing - Data Entry
Data Entry Clerks will receive PRCs from the Field Appraisers once they have been marked. Their job then is to update the parcel as reported by the field appraiser and mark the related flags Complete.

How to Enter Data
1. Open the parcel by scanning the barcode on the home screen or by searching using the parcel number, Key changes to Capture
Note: You will have to check the parcel out, key the changes, then check the parcel in. |
2. Write your initials at the bottom of the page to indicate you have keyed the data
3. Click the Flags tab and click Go if no flags appear
4. Place a check in the box beside the flag to be marked completed and click Update
5. Complete the flag and click Update.
6. Hand keyed Appraisal Cards to the auditor
